This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 782 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation had been completed and the final report was laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. The same had been taken on file in CC.No.867 of 2023. It is the further submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner's name is deleted from the Charge Sheet. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
