The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Pathamadai Police Station, Tirunelveli District, to give necessary police protection to survey and fencing the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.109/19, 114/4, 113/7, 113/8, 109/17C and 123/3C are situated at Poongudaiyarkulam, Cheranmahadevi Sub Division, Tirunelveli District on the basis of petitioner representation dated 29.05.2015.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that there is a civil suit pending and based upon that, the complaint has been closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
