ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she lodged a complaint with the third respondent Police on 31.12.2020, no action has been taken by him.

2.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the complaint dated 31.12.2020 lodged by the petitioner with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD). No.489 of 2021 the third respondent Police was registered as Current Paper No.1829/PG/Camp/DCP/2020 and summons have been issued to the parties and it its posted on 19.01.2021 for enquiry.
