This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2015.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioner, though an accused in some other cases, gave a complaint on 28.04.2015 before the respondent making such allegations against the Inspector of Police. Since the complaint is pending before the respondent, the respondent is directed to take appropriate steps to conduct an enquiry and conclude the same by himself or through his Officer, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
