This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned summons in M.C.No.9982/2014/M on the file of the 1st respondent dated 18.12.2014 and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. The impugned order under Section 107 Cr.P.C., in M.C.No.9982/2014/M dated 18.12.2014 shall stand quashed on the sole ground that a common notice stands issued to both "A" and "B" parties. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
