Respondent/Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer :- Civil Revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India Pleased to set aside the order passed by the Additional Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur in IA No.493 of 2018 in OS No.165 of 2017, dated 07.01.2020. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing under the caption "For Extension of Time" on this day and in pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 09.08.2024 and upon perusing the letter received from The Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur, vide letter in D.No. 6380/2025 dated 18.07.2025, this Court made the following order:

"By order dated 09.08.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.165 of 2017, within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.178/2025, dated 07.07.2025, whereby and where under stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order dated 09.08.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 09.08.2024".
