ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to expeditiously investigate into the Petitioner's complaint dated 25.03.2025 bearing No.P2-17183/1379/SP/KKP/2025 dated 27.03.2025 and the further complaints dated 21.04.2025 and 23.04.2025 and to take appropriate action thereon as against the respondents nos.4 and 5 strictly in accordance with law, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Without going into the merits of this case, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.03.2025 bearing No.P2-17183/1379/SP/KKP/2025 and the further complaints dated 21.04.2025 and 23.04.2025 by concluding the investigation, as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
