ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5339 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.496 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is a senior citizen and the 2nd petitioner is now aged about 51 years, and are regularly complying with the condition imposed on them by this Court for the past five months without fail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent is also conceded to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, and has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, and also 2/4

considering the fact that the petitioners are abiding by the condition regularly till date, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and the condition already imposed by this Court in its order, dated 22.05.2024, is relaxed and the petitioners herein shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required. sd/- 10/01/2025 / TRUE COPY / /01/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.I /II /III /IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
