Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner submitted the petition mentioned document for registration. Citing the prohibitory direction issued by Justice Lodha Committee, the registering authority declined to register the document in question. The stand of the third respondent is challenged in this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the executant of the document in question is not the same person mentioned in the comminution sent by Justice Lodha committee. However, it is not in dispute 2/4

that the communication issued by Justice Lodha Committee dated 28.05.2016 does include the petition mentioned survey numbers. Therefore, in the very nature of things, the petitioner has to get NOC from Justice Lodha Committee. 4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to move Hon'ble Committee, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
