The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the representation dated 22.04.2014 and investigate the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 22.04.2014, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted in C.No.G3/28745/1292/2014 and the same has been closed on 27.09.2015.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Per.Admn) /True copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District.
