ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and 489(C) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 4 numbers of 500 rupees counter-fit notes. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner was found in possession of four numbers of 500 rupees counter-fit and the petitioner has no previous case. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the
