This Petition is filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying this Court to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court 09.04.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi in letter D.No.976 dated:06.08.2018 forwarded by The Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in letter D.No.6222 dated 09.08.2018 seeking extension of time, and upon hearing Thiru.P.Muthusamy, Counsel for the Petitioner and Thiru.N.Anandakumar, Counsel for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:

The time sought for by the Court below is granted. 2.The Court below is strictly directed to conclude the proceedings pending in H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2017 on the file of the Sub court, Sivakasi, within the extended time and report compliance to the Registry, without fail.
