ORDER

Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent TASMAC to issue tender document pertaining to the leasehold right in respect of the Bar attached to Shop No.9951 situated at Thoothukudi on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2019 within a stipulated time.

4. The learned standing counsel for the respondent, who accepts notice on behalf of the TASMAC states that since the local body election were there, they could not call for tender. Now, that the election is over at any time, they may call for the tender with respect to the Bar attached to Shop No.9951 situated at Thoothukudi.

5. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
