O R D E R

The subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition pertains to the auction notice issued by the respondent for granting fishery rights. The period for which the auction notice issued was from 15.01.2020 to 30.06.2020.

2. No interim order was granted by this Court and the period has already been come to an end. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the concerned Government Order has already been put to challenge in W.P.(MD).No.10 of 2016.

4. It is left open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance as against the Government Order independently and that the relief that has been sought for in this writ petition becomes infructuous.
