Respondent/Appellant/Defendant Prayer : This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.6 of 2012 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi, dated 17.04.2012, by modifying the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.89 of 2010 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sivakasi, dated 16.12.2011.

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent are present.

2. The matter was settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Mediation report filed. 3.Both the parties ie. appellant and respondent and also by their respective counsel were signed the settlement agreement. The appellant and respondent are present. In order to identify the respective parties they have also produced copies of their Aadhaar Cards. This Court also enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.
