Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 apprehends at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.179 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant Prabakaran, the accused have received Rs.21,60,000/- from him and other 80 persons assuring employment in Nigeria.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has arrayed as an accused because she is the wife of A1 and even as per the prosecution case, the entire amount was received by A1. It is further submitted that A3 was already arrested and released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed the application contending that it is a case of job racketing and A1 and A2 have given assurance to the de-facto complainant and other victims and received Rs.21,60,000/- from them.
