This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the first respondent police herein not interfere with the Civil disputes between the parties on the based on the legal notice sent by the petitioner dated 24.12.2019 except under due process of law

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No. 351 of 2019 and during enquiry it transpires that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent.
