ORDER
None appears for the petitioner.
2. The case is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation.
3. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner states that he wanted to sell the petition mentioned property in favour of his brother and mother. When the sale deed was presented for registration, the authority is said to have refused to register the same. The reason appears to be that the petitioner has not furnished the death certificate as well as the legal heirship certificate in respect of his grandmother and father. The affidavit is not clear. The representation enclosed in the typed set of papers is also not clear.
4. It is not known if the petitioner wants to release his share in the property. Admittedly, the property was purchased by Thiru.Vasudevan father of the petitioner herein. Vasudevan is no more. The registering authority namely SRO, Lalgudi informs the Court through learned Special Government Pleader 2/4
that in the event of the petitioner producing the death certificate of Vasudevan, his legal heirship certificate and the death certificate of Rathinammal, the document shall be registered subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities.
5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
