Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition before this Hon'ble Court against the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.511 of 2016 in O.S.No.150 of 2012 dated 19.045.2017 on the file of the Hon'ble III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.V.NAGENTHRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days for filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. However, since the delay is on higher side, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as costs to the respondent, within a period of one week the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
