To set aside the order dated 02.03.2017 made in E.A.No.82 of 2012 in E.P.No.100 of 2007 in O.S.No.123 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Kuzhithurai and allow E.A.No.82 of 2012 in E.P.No.100 of 2007 in O.S.No.123 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Kuzhithurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.G.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for Caveator and the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 206 days in representing the revision and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid.
