RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in CMP(MD)No.9576 of 2017 in S.A.(MD)No.574 of 2015 on the file of the High Court of Madras at Madurai Bench to deposit the costs and thus render justice.

Prayer in SA(MD). 574/ 2015 :

To set aside the judgment and decree passed in AS.No.22/2013 dated 15.04.2014 of the Vth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai confirming the judgment and decree dadted 06.12.2012 passed in OS.No.205/2010 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub-Judge, Madurai and thereby decree the suit with costs throughout and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MANOHAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in C.M.P(MD) No.9576 of 2017 in S.A(MD)No.574 of 2015 on the file of this Court to deposit the costs.

2. Having regard to the reasons stated in the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the time granted earlier in the order dated 14.12.2017 in C.M.P(MD)No.9576 of 2017 in S.A(MD)No.574 of 2015 on the file of this Court, is extended by another period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
