PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue the patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of the survey Nos.92/3, 93/3 situated at A.Muthammalpuram Village, Orathaadu Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 02.12.2021.
