Despite service, the respondent is not appearing either in person or through Counsel duly instructed.

2.The wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2020 from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Pudukottai to the file of Subordinate Court, Devakottai.

3.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, as the wife is a resident of Kottaiyur of Karaikudi Taluk of Sivagangai District. The respondent/husband is residing at Kadayakudi, Pudukottai District.

4.Considering the convenience of the wife, H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Pudukottai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law.
