ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.SHIV SHANKARI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 257 days in representing the appeal papers in Review SR.No.2879 of 2017

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, the delay of 257 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai, on or before 28.02.2018, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
