This case is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance". 2.This Court imposed the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- on the petitioner and directed the same to be paid to the Legal Services Committee attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

3.Even though the matter is listed under the caption for reporting compliance, there is no appearance and it is seen that the petitioners have not complied with the same.

4.In view thereof, the default clause is also contained in the judgment of this Court dated 18.12.2025 itself.
