ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner and his peaceful possession and enjoyment in respect of the property comprised in Old S. No.23 New S.No.120/1 of an extent of 5.11.50 hectares situated at Oonaikkulam, Sooriyoor Village, Thirverambur Taluk, Trichy District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner only lodged a complaint and based on which, the second respondent Police conducted enquiry and they are not interfering with the civil dispute.
