PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying issue a direction to the first and second respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue, the Petitioner's wife namely Roopavathy, W/o.Premsankar aged about 38 years before this Court and set her at liberty and handed over to the petitioner. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to produce the person or body of the detenue, petitioner's wife, namely, Roopavathy, W/o.Premsankar, aged about 38 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenue was secured and now, the petitioner and the detenue are living happily as husband and wife.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
