ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner robbed a sum of Rs.300/- from the de-facto complainant by threatening him with deadly weapons and scolded him by using filthy language. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents/State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
