Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.25/2000/A1 dated 16-04-2010 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the Respondents to promote the petitioner for the post of Sanitary Supervisor. ORDER:

This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.RAJA RAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.K.MU.MUTHU, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the 1st and 2nd Respondents and of Mr.PONNIAH for M/s.Ajmal Associates, for 3rd Respondent, this Court made the following order: The second respondent / Executive Officer, Aundipatti Town Panchayat, Theni District, is directed to be present along with the files in connection with W.P.(MD) No.11207 of 2010 on 17.06.2019 at 10.30 a.m. He is also directed to produce the entire files in relation to the retrospective regularization of the service of the third respondent / Mr.P.Muthumurugesan with effect from 1999.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 is directed to inform this order to the second respondent over Phone as well as though electronic message today itself.
