ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.341 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 of I.P.C., r/w. 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are said to have taken away Rs.450/- from the de-facto complainant's shirt pocket by threatening him with knife.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)vehemently opposed stating that the first petitioner has involved in 7 previous cases and the second petitioner has involved in 13 cases and they are habitual offenders of similar offences and if they released on bail there is possibility for absconding and committing further offences. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
