O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.208 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner is the sole accused for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 324 of I.P.C.

3. Today, a compromise memo dated 09.06.2015 has been filed duly signed by the parties as well as the counsel stating that the proceedings may be quashed. The petitioner and the second respondent/de-facto complainant are present before this Court and they have admitted the compromise entered into between them. The second respondent/de-facto complainant has filed an affidavit to that effect.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the learned counsel for the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent.

5. Considering the submissions of both the parties as well as the compromise reached in between the petitioner and the second respondent/de-facto complainant, this Court is inclined to record the compromise and quash the F.I.R. filed on the complaint of the second respondent. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R. in Crime No.208 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
