ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, on a earlier occasion on 04.12.2014, has considered the plea of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and dismissed the petition with a direction directing the trial Court to conduct the case on a day to day basis and complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the petitioner came forward with this Second application for bail after some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
