This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, praying to modify the conditional order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1055 of 2015 dated 06.05.2015, on the file of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Trichy and totally relax the condition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the condition regularly in the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1055 of 2015 dated 06.05.2015, on the file of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Trichy.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the

condition imposed has been regularly complied with by the petitioner, this court finds it appropriate to set aside the order of the court below.
