ORDER
This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to take criminal action and give a adequate police protection to the petitioner based on petitioner's representation dated 01.01.2026
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. According to the petitioner, he was assaulted by the private respondents, inspite of the complaint, the respondent police has not initiated any criminal action as against the private respondents. Therefore, he seeks direction.
4. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to 2/4
consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any criminal offence is made out, the respondent police shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
