This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the complaint based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.06.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no petition is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent police.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
