PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to participate for the work covered in Sl.No.1 of the E-Tender Notice Number 57/2025-2026/SE/Buildings (C & M) Circle/Thanjavur-1 Dated 16.12.2025 or in the alternate direct the respondents to accept the bid to be submitted by the Petitioner without production of the work site visit certificate.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus for issuance of work site inspection certificate to participate in the tender issued by the respondents.

2. When the matter came up hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents points out that the certificate sought for has already been granted to the writ petitioner.
