This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.01.2015 and proceed with the same as per law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no petition is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent police.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
