ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.509 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On 12.02.2015, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to this petitioner upto today. When the case is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Intervenor and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) are present.

3. It is seen that this petitioner and his wife Krishnaveni were doing Real Estate business and had collected around Rs.85,00,000/- from 645 members on the promise that they will allot lands to them. Thereafter, they went underground. Krishnaveni was arrested by Police on 19.12.2014.

4. In view of the serious allegations against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
