Respondent/Respondent Prayer :-This Petition filed under section 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose the HMOP No.143 of 2018 within a Stipulated time as directed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 02/02/2021, and letter in D.No.403 OF 2021, Dated 30/06/2021 received from the The Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil for seeking further Four Months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order;

The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 02.02.2021 has directed the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari to dispose of the HMOP.No.143 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Family Judge has submitted a requisition letter, dated 30.06.2021 stating that he had taken the charge of said post on 16.06.2021 and is holding full additional Charge of two more Courts and due to the present Pandemic situation, he is unable to dispose of the petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, four months time is granted to dispose of the HMOP.No.143 of 2018, from the date of resumption of regular works in the Subordinate Courts.
