O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1054 of 2015 by the Vacation Sessions Court, Trichirappalli, vide order dated 06.05.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. 3.Considering the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1054 of 2015, vide order dated 06.05.2015, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
