2. Mrs.T.Kamaleshwari, Executive Officer, Aralvaimozhi Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Aralvaimozhi, Kanyakumari District and Mrs.G.K.Latha, Executive Engineer, GWO, Tirunelveli, are present in Court today.

3.The Executive Officer, Aralvaimozhi Selection Grade Town Panchayat filed a compliance report, which shows that the fifth respondent has already closed the Industry and stopped the operation.

4. In view of the report of compliance, no further order is necessary in this matter.
