ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 146 days, however, on payment of costs.
