Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Tamil Nadu Special Youth Brigade (Male) 2013-2014, by considering his representation dated 05.09.2019, within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Tamil Nadu Special Youth Brigade (Male) 2013-2014, by considering his representation dated 05.09.2019.

2. When the petitioner's earlier selection in Tamil Nadu Special Youth Brigade for the year 2013-2014 came to be rejected on the ground that a criminal case was pending against the petitioner, the subsequent acquittal of the petitioner from the criminal case in the year 2019, may not give right to the petitioner to consider him for the recruitment that took place https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.503 of 2020 during 2013-2014. At the most, the petitioner would be entitled to participate in future recruitment that may be notified.

3. In view of the above, the present prayer sought for by the petitioner for consideration of his representation cannot be entertained.
