This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.44 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.44 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent police has been closed as Mistake of Fact on 07.10.2015.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
