Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in connection with the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.4 of 2015 dated 02.01.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in connection with the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.4 of 2015 dated 02.01.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The petitioner has been arrayed as accused in Crime No.4 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with others threatened the Doctor in performing his duty.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a detailed representation on 23.02.2015, in view of the submission that the persons have not been identified. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The question as to whether any such alleged occurrence has taken place or not and the petitioner has involved or not is a matter for investigation, suffice to direct the first respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, the representation dated 23.02.2015 made by the petitioner will also be looked into.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
