Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made yesterday (30.09.2019), which reads as follows: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11707 of 2010 'The learned Counsel for the third respondent and learned State Counsel are before this Court, but, there is no representation for the writ petitioner. List the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 01.10.2019.'

2. Pursuant to aforesaid earlier proceedings made yesterday, instant writ petition is listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' today, however, the position is no different today, when the matter is called. In other words, Mr.S.Raja, learned Counsel for third respondent and State Counsel viz., Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 are before this Court, but there is no representation for writ petitioner. It is clear that writ petitioner is recalcitrant in pursuing this writ petition.

3. In the light of the above narrative, instant writ petition is dismissed for default / non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
