PRAYER IN REV.APLC(MD) No.SR4395 of 2010:- to allow the review with costs by setting aside the judgment and Decree in A.S.No.668 of 2001 dated 16.09.2009 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court. PRAYER IN A.S.No.668 of 2001:- Appeals filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act against the Judgment and decree made in L.A.O.P.No.298/9 dated 22.12.2000 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to condone the delay of 720 days in representing the Review Application.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the papers were misplaced and mingled with some other bundle and hence, he was not able to list the matter in time. Therefore, the dely of 720 days had occurred and he prays for condonation of delay.

3. Considering the above, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
