To set aside the observation made in para 7 of the Order relating to the nominee in the order made in S.O.P.No.1 of 2013 dated 25.08.2015 on the file of I Additional District Court, Madurai and allow the appeal and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.V.VENKATASESHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Respondents not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. The learned counsel for the second respondents is absent today. No representation for the respondents.

2.The petitioners filed this petition for returning the original Passport filed by the them before the Trial Court, which was marked as Ex.P.13.

3.The certificate copy of the said Ex.P.13 is also filed along with this petition. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal preferred by the petitioners herein is also pending before this Court. 4.Considering the reasons assigned in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit, this Court is inclined to return the original Passport, which was marked as Ex.P.13 by the Trial Court after accepting the certified copy of the same.
