Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Aringar Anna Cancer Institute, Kanchipuram, without prejudice to his contentions before the trial Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
