ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute till the conclusion of the subject suit, which is pending before the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam in O.S.No.87 of 2010.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier, the petitioner had filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.175 of 2020 to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent not to harass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD].No.453 of 2020 the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of false complaint lodged by the respondents 4 and 5 herein and the same was disposed of by this Court, on 08.01.2020. He would further submit that the respondents are not interfering with the civil dispute. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
